I am in love with this idea for a party favor, or even a trick or treat handout. This is so simple, but it will create the coolest and most memorable Halloween treat. Sticks from your yard would be great for this project. If you don't have any, I'm sure you can get them at a craft store. Or you could modify this and use a dowel.
